2015 Season Preview

This year will be a rebuilding year for us. On the girls side four of our top seven from a year ago have graduated. All four of those girls were staples on our varsity squad during all four years of their high school careers. Thus, they will be hard to replace. However, we have many returnees and newcomers eager to do so. How quickly they adjust to their new roles will ultimately determine our success. I due however remain very optimistic and actually believe that this year's squad will not just rebuild, but instead take our program to even higher heights and goals. On the boys side we lost none to graduation but are rebuilding as we spent most of last year running as an incomplete team. Running incomplete made it difficult for both me and my team to stay focused or motivated. This year, we are once again small in numbers but will field a complete team. Not only will it be complete, it should also be very competitive. As a result of running for a team as opposed to running as an individual I look for big improvements from my returners and, more importantly, a team that gets better with each meet.
